John’s lending background spans the full spectrum of Commercial & Industrial (C&I), business, real estate, development, and construction financing. He has partnered with entrepreneurs and business leaders in manufacturing, wholesale, retail, professional services, medical and healthcare, contracting, hospitality, transportation, and more—guiding them through the complexities of bank underwriting and structuring deals that align with their goals.

In real estate financing, John’s imprint can be seen across multifamily, retail, office, mixed-use, industrial/warehouse, self-storage, hospitality, and specialized facilities.

John holds an MBA from Marist University with a concentration in Accounting and Finance, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from East Carolina University with a focus on Marketing.
